Organico vs. Chemicals

Organico Mold Solutions treats biological contaminants with an enzyme-based solution scientifically engineered by XSpor Life Sciences. XSpor's innovative formula was developed by scientists Richard C. Cardaman, Ph.D. and M. Joseph Ahrens, Ph.D.

Dr. Cardaman has broad experience in the commercial, medical, and academic communities, which includes working with regulatory agencies across the country, and Dr. Ahrens is a two-time Nobel Prize nominee specializing in plant and animal physiology, renowned for his breakthrough work in metabolic sciences.

The proprietary product, EnzyCleanse™, is applied in mist form to penetrate porous surfaces, breaking down the inanimate by-products of mold growth or contaminants deep within, rendering them harmless. Below we will compare our new innovative and all-naturalcontaminationcontaminationEnzyme, and,, safe solution with traditional chemicals, such as ammonia, bleach, and other synthetic and toxic cleaners, that have been traditionally used to treat mold and biological contaminants.

EnzyCleanse™

Chemical

Stability

Enzymes are non-reactive and very stable. Their effectiveness can remain active for years.

Chemicals such as bleach and peroxide are highly reactive and lose effectiveness within hours.

Specificity

Enzymes in the EnzyCleanse™ formulation are highly specific, developed to interact with biological contaminants, and are harmless to other substances.

Chemicals are non-specific; their effects are not limited to biological contaminate. Anything in contact with these chemicals may be harmed.

Process

Enzymes work catalytically, meaning that they enable reactions, but are not consumed in the process. Enzymes remain active and retain their effectiveness.

Chemicals are consumed as they react. When they are used up, their effectiveness is over. Biological contaminate may remain; no further cleaning will take place.

Toxicity

Enzymes are organic and totally safe. Everything in EnzyCleanse™ is recognized as "Generally Regarded as Safe" (GRAS) by the FDA/USDA.

Chemicals like ammonia, peroxide, and chlorine often have active ingredients that pose a degree of safety risk.

Penetration

Enzymes formulations can be tailored for maximum penetration. This delivers active ingredients deeper into affected areas.

Chemicals, because they are consumed as they work, are not well-suited to penetrate and reach subsurface contamination.

Most non-professional treatments simply cover up odors and possibly kill off surface molds or impurities temporarily. Unfortunately, they can’t penetrate deeper into walls and other areas where molds and mildew originate. Furthermore, such sprays or aerosols often contain harsh chemicals or synthetic ingredients that could be harmful when ingested. Unless the feeding ground of the mold spores is discovered so that the mold can be eliminated at its source, the problem will not be fully resolved.
